New brochure about protection of Emys orbicularis and amphibians - 2008-04-21

The European pond turtle (Emys orbicularis), the Great crested newt (Triturus cristatus) and the Fire-bellied toad (Bombina bombina) are rear threatened species that are not only in Lithuania, but also protected in the whole European Community. In this brochure you can find a description, biology and their aquatic and terrestrial habitats of these species. Also, there is some information about their protection.
