Goal: to prepare the integrated coastal zone management plan of the Curonian Lagoon region for Lithuania and the Kaliningrad Region (Russia). It aimed to involve various organisations to plan and to strengthen the cooperation of environmental experts in Lithuania and the Kaliningrad Region.
